This 3D printed rest is built for the Prime Fitness Shorty bench's bar post and gives you a spot to lay your bicep curl bar, EZ curl bar, or rotating curl handle right where you need it — no reaching, no bending, no dropping weight on the ground mid-workout.

Works with a variety of attachments including straight bar, EZ/cambered curl bar, or rotating handle attachment you're using for curls.

Secure mount. The two-piece bracket clamps around the bench's bar post and locks down with a set screw. A keyed pin allows 3 adjustment points depending on the user's arm length.

Non-slip TPU liner included to keep abrasions and wear minimal. It also serves to keep your attachment from sliding or rattling while it's parked between sets.

  • Printed in PLA+ — stiffer and more impact-resistant than standard PLA
  • Two-piece design with set screw for bar post, secured by a keyed locking pin for height adjustability (3 holes)
  • TPU liner that can be replaced

Designed for resting, not loading. This holds your bar or handle between sets — it's a parking spot, not a rack. It isn't built to support the full load of a weighted bar, take dropped weight, or serve as a spotting/safety arm.
