Increase your range of motion on the Titan plate-loaded hip abductor/adductor machine.

These 20 mm spacers install between the machine's existing pads to deepen the starting stretch and bring resistance in earlier in the rep—so you feel the working muscles sooner and through a fuller range.

The design came out of a simple observation: placing a soft mat between the pads let resistance kick in earlier during hip abduction. These spacers turn that workaround into a clean, purpose-built solution.

  • Four replacement hex bolts (sized for the added thickness)
