This rest is built for the Prime Fitness Shorty bench and gives you a spot to lay your tricep extension bar or handles right where you need them — no reaching, no bending, no dropping weight on the ground mid-workout.

Works with any straight bar, EZ curl bar, or bar attachment you're using for extensions.

NEW: 5mm steel arms. The support arms are now 5mm steel plate running through the 3D printed body — far stiffer and stronger than the original all-plastic version. No flex, no bending, and it holds its shape set after set.

Tool-free install. It mounts using the existing Prime Fitness attachment point and push pin — no drilling, no extra hardware, no permanent modification. Slide it on, drop the pin, done. Takes it off just as fast.

TPU liner included. The soft flexible liner cushions whatever you lay on it, protecting both your bar's knurling and finish and the rest itself. It also keeps things quiet and stops the bar from rolling.

Designed as a between-sets rest. The steel arms make it much stronger than the original, but it's still a parking spot for your bar or handles — not a rack. Don't drop weight onto it or use it as a spotting/safety arm.
